Instead of rebooting, open Computer Management, go to Action-&amp;gt;Connect to another computer.  Enter the IP or Name of remote computer.  Once connected, go to Services and Applications-&amp;gt;Services.  Find the "Remote Desktop Help Session Manager" service and start/restart it.
