ithin u can do this by simple file shearing u can give de permisions for ather user .its simple just go to folder option then desactivate simple file shearing then click ok or somthing

1.choose ur folder right click
2propertis
3 security
4add use name and and refuse all da acces

I have Windows XP Home SP2 and for some reason this is not working.
