    It did not.

    "Cannot import F:\Users\Joseph\Desktop\recyclebin_on_startmenu.reg: Not all data was successfully written to the registry. Some keys are open by the system or other processes."

    I think it's the policy keys, I'll see if I can get it working.

    It's failing because under Windows 7 {E44E5D18-0652-4508-A4E2-8A090067BCB0} = Default Programs menu item on Start menu.

    Can OP check that they have the correct key?
