Can you please give me a bit more detail on how to use this??
if my windows drive is c drive am i suppose to type
"c:windowssystem32sysprepsysprep.exe /generalize" if i do this it launches the sysprep tool. am i suppose to use this??

Yes, sorry I should have explained more.

When sysprep tool opens select "Enter System Out-of-Box Experience" and click generalize, then reboot.

Or skip the gui by using the /quiet switch.
