Silly! Create a file named <a href="http://TQ.dhl" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="TQ.dhl">TQ.dhl</a> in the My documents\My Games\Titan Quest folder, though, right after installing, and you're able to mouseclick past the videos.
