Save this as DisableTumbsCache.cmd then run it:
[code]regsvr32 /u "%windir%\system32\shmedia.dll"
regsvr32 /u "%windir%\system32\shimgvw.dll"
reg add "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced" /v "DisableThumbnailCache" /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f[/code]

I tried all above mentioned configuration on my system. But still Thumb.db file is creating. If i am deleting also it is creating again. Please help me to solve this issue

Does not work on my OS Win98SE, sorry that option is not there!
