If loginkey.dll is missing, open cmd go to the location "C:\WINDOWS\system32\" remove the system attributes for the file"osk.exe" by giving "attrib -s -h -r osk.exe".
Delete the file osk.exe after running the above command. On screen keyboard will be removed completely. Take a backup of the file before deleting if you want to restore at some point of time.

may be you have not installed the windows in the "C" drive.... i did, and i have got success.
