    Ive found Avast AntiVirus and Ad-Aware AntiSpyware along with Sygate Firewall to be the most helpful in the past.
    Its so hard for newbies to use Hijack This, they will look for any ends to a means. Usually this results in making their puter worse.
    Education about the dangers while online remain a high priority.
