did you get a developers key for your imei #?
have you installed the drivers?

aight,i got everything ready but then when ever i start htconsle and do the flash system thing ..its always this that show"opened device index: 0
USB opened.

Great recipe. If you like to tinker with your sidekick, and there are lots of fun reasons to do so, you will probably need to do this at some point. You've got to be logged in to the developer site to download the null device key, otherwise you'll get a 404.
