is there anyone know how to add network printer on Macbook pro

The printer is installed in windows XP and its shared so i wanted to add it on macbook via network i successfully added the printer but when i send print to printer it remain on printer doesnt come out from printer so if anyone knows about this issue let me know here is my email kh.osmani@gmail.com thanksful

I did all the steps but the shared printer doesn't appear, so I clicked on a different one but it asks for a dns adress?? what is that ?
