    hey i need help herr....i own a sidekick II and im tryin 2 set up the dev key for the ringtones but when i get to install the usb drivers on it it doesnt recognize my device and it doesnt start up...can some1 help me??? :cry:

    ME 2 MAN!...I DONT KNOW WHY IT WONT WORK...I KNOW THERE IS A USB DRIVERS FOLDER IN HTCONSOLE BUT NO INF FILE...JUST A .SYS AND A .DLL FILE I THINK ALSO A README...SOMONE PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS!!! PLEASE!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR A WEEK! DONT WANT A USB 5 PIN CORD FOR NOTHING LOL! PLEASE SEND RESPONSE TO JCS4LIFE@EARTHLINK.NET....THANK YOU :D

    When I tried to downdload the developers key, it said that if I download the developers key all my waranty rights will be waived. Is there any way I can avoid doing this? I don't want something to go wrong and then I'm F*ucked with a messed up phone. Plz email me at datcutieuenvy@tmail.com.........thanks!! :lol:

    Ok, I just spent a whole lot of time downloading the sdk and all(still stuck on a 56k) and when I went to apply for a developer key it said I needed to submit a file. This is makin me pretty mad because I have no idea what its talkin about. How am I supposed to do this? Please help me out here.

    Why aren't you offering your squash file for public consideration? Your phone number and/or personal information can't be gleaned from it, and it would provide an extremely useful aid for sidekick users who can't afford the weeks or months it would take to develop even a rudimentary application to apply for their own devkey. This seems, to put it simply, inconsiderate.
