INstall TOR(www.torproject.org/).Run the 'Start Tor Browser'.Go to any rapidshare,hotfile etc link...Download the file.If u want to download another file just click on Use a new identity in the TOR control panel.Keep repeating this process to download more files..

if your isp changes your ip when you reset your modem your ip is dynamic not static to get a static ip you have to contact your ips and pay extra for it because a static ip will never change when you reset your modem

The keypoint RS look for is Per IP base, your External IP to internet will be lock for waiting by RS.

As from the Post, you keep changing your ISP IP, that's the trick done that.

To escape the 70/80 min download limit wait:

if you're using dialup/ADSL (dynamic IP):
1. go to start -> run -> type in "cmd.exe" without the quotation marks.
2. type in the following:
3. ipconfig/flushdns (Flushes DNS cache)
4. ipconfig/release (Takes away previous IP address)
5. ipconfig/renew (Asks your ISP for a new IP address)
Then go to Rapidshare and download again.

if you're using cable or anything else (static IP):
1. Download MAC MakeUp (SMAC is only a trial demo)

2.Extract the ZIP file.
3.Run MacMakeUp.exe
4.NB: Please write down your old MAC Address. A MAC Address is the physical address of your computer, the IP is a virtual address. The IP can change at anytime, the MAC is the one that is usually pre-installed on your cable modem etc. You can find your MAC underneath your modem or in the notes. If you can't, then go to Control Panel -> Network Connections -> Find the Network Connection that connects you to the internet -> Right-click it and select Status. -> Go to the tab named "Support", then "Details". The MAC Address is the one labelled "Physical Address" (Windows XP Pro used in testing).
5.Select the Adapter (the one that you use to connect to the internet). For me, it was Cable Modem #2. For you, it's obviously different.
6.Type in any 12 digit number/number-letter combination or select any manufacturer. If you have problems, look for your modem manufacturer; for the large ones there are several MACs available for use.
7. Click "Change".
8. Disconnect your modem and reconnect. Your ISP will give you a new IP address, even though it is Static IP. The reason for that is because your ISP thinks it is another computer, since it has a different MAC Address (Physical Address).
9. Download from Rapidshare!

Tested with Windows XP Pro from Australia with a cable modem.

What exactly does rapid share care about?, for a service that it claims so many people use i have never had any joy with it. I've also tried it on 2 friends computers, my mothers and the one at work, i just wish people that can download/upload files to it would choice a different one that the rest of us can use.. yes im whining but i feel i have good reason with the amount of time i've spent mucking about. USE SOMETHING ELSE DAMNIT, IT SUXS, and if it calls me a bot one more time im going to SCCRRREEEEAAAAMMMM.

I agree that if you use the service a lot you should pay for it; however, the techrx recipes regarding this topic work well. Changing IP, NIC/MAC tricks -- all of these work well for some people.

Another words, quit whining... or post a better hack.
