Facebook: How To Get Only Status Updates on Your FB Home Page
At google, I entered this search: "remove the search bar from outlook 2007". I used the quotes. That means every page that google gives me SHOULD have exactly that text somewhere. Exactly as I typed it. Not CLOSE to what I typed. Not SOME of the words I included in the quote marks. Not SOME of those words in sort of the same order, with other words in the middle of that text.
Why the DICKENS did this tech solution come up? How is "remove the search bar from outlook 2007" considered an EXACT match for "Outlook 2007: Remove the Instant Search Prompt"???
Sorry for the obnoxious tone, but when you are looking for technical answers it can be so deeky difficult to find answers that are addressed to anything close to your problem, and even then, good luck actually getting the solution you need. But when search engines don't even give me pages that actually meet my search criteria I just get so steamed.
that rant belongs on google's site not this one.
Thanks Chef for the tip, worked fine, now to update it and see if it works again.
Thanks goes out to seamonkey420
