Excellent. Both the Plaxo plugin and the Google Sync software makes Outlook hang.

Had removed Symantec Antivirus but kept getting an error message related to it when starting Outlook - this is now gone... - thanks for sharing the info, still getting to grips with Office 2007

Yeah did the above and I still get the message when I open outlook:

The Add-In "Outlook Connector Extensions (msncon32.dll) cannot be loaded and has been disabled by outlook. Please contact the Add-In manufacturer for an update. Please uninstall the Add-In.

Did you hear me thumping the keys!!! Going crazy, please help

When you click "Go" change the button before it to "COM Add-Ins" to "Exchange Client Add-Ins" or something like that. Look in there for it.

when i open outlook than message come like Add-in . but i want to remove that message. so please kindly give me solution . Thank you
