Microsoft Excel 2003: How To Change the Gridlines Color | Microsoft Excel | Tech-Recipes

Every time I open a document it comes up with the gridlines almost invisble. So I do the above steps and it works. For that one single document. Open it again and the gridlines are again almost invisible. the gridline color is again set to 'automatic.'
What I would like to do is have ALL the documents open with the gridline colors set to 'Black.'
Shouldn't be to hard....
