Hey, Guys. I don't know what you are doing wrong. When you tap the Favorites button in the lower right hand corner, it opens your Favorites List. From that list, you tap the (+) in the upper right hand corner to see a list of contacts which you can add to that favorites list.

Same here- not sure what's going on with my phone.

This does not work on my Iphone-
When I open my contacts and tap the Favorites it goes to the Favorites list......not a + sign on my contacts list.
