To do this, follow these steps:&lt;br&gt;1. Right-click Toolbar, point to New, and then click Key.&lt;br&gt;2. In the New Key #1 box, type WebBrowser, and then press ENTER.&lt;br&gt;3. Right-click WebBrowser, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.&lt;br&gt;4. In the New Value #1 box, type ITBar7Position, and then press ENTER.&lt;br&gt;5.
