Or simply enter your DSL router (modem) configuration page (usually on 192.168.1.1), disconnect from the Internet from there, connect again, and you'll get a new IP address. You don't have to turn off or reset the router (modem) frequently to get new IP - some people killed it that way...

after javascript:alert(c=0) you disable javascript and cant dpwnload. you need to enable again with javascript:alert(c=1)

hey if anyone can't get this to work use this instead
javascript:var c=1;
that way you only have to wait one second
and you don't get the javascript error
