Is it possible to add a third party applications to "My Computer" ?

Gurjeet Singh, why would you want to add a third party applicatiion to My Computer.

As far as I know, the Desktop is the fastest way to navigate, so place a shortcut there instead.

Yes, I agree that desktop is the fattest way to navigate, but I want to add the shortcut to WEB-CAM in 'My Computer'. In XP, It is placed in 'My Computer' automatically, But i am unable to get it, in '(MY) Computer in Window VISTA.
Any help will be appreciated !!!!!!!!
