Record a macro (and assign a keyboard shortcut to run the macro) of you highlighting the entire spreadsheet, then double-clicking on the right edge of the first column, thereby sizing the entire spreadsheet.

This is so painful to take your mouse at that thin column end. Do you know any keyboard short cut for this? I'm searching that for ages :)
