I have added all the speak cells, stop speaking, etc to my QA toolbar, when I select the data and click on speak cells, it highlight the speaking cell but i can't here anything :- my sound system is perfectly OK ! is there any other settings in excell to make sound option enable to speak out the cells?? Ravin

It is not so easy to make Excel stop reading cells once you have used "Speak Cells" command. Then you need to use "Speak Cells on Enter" instead of just "Speak Cells - Stop Speaking Cells".
