I got this .iso and burned it using several different cd burning programs, but when it boots to it all I get is a error saying it can't locate NTLDR and then it boots the OS.
What did I do wrong?

Did you select "burn from image" as your source, or did you just drop the .iso into a CD?

The former is the way to go.

yes, I did properly burn the CD.

If so, then your download is likely corrupt or the CDROM isn't working properly.

Yeah, the download isn't right probably. My guess is that the NTLDR problem is quite common... so its the iso that has the problem or something went wrong during the download. For example here's a site where the person experienced the same problem, except the operating system was installed on the pc.
