Seen them a million times, never actually read them. You are so awesome. Thanks!

Re: Creating Your Own Podcast for Private Use

I am using windows 7 and itunes 10. I just imported a story on CD and wanted my iphone to remember my place in the book so i didnt have to keep finding my spot. Anyway this is very easy once you know how to do it. Just right click the track or all the tracks and click "get info" then under the options tab change the media kind to Audiobook and check the box that say "remember play back position" I also check "skip when shuffling" and "part of gapless album" but i dont think you need those two options for it to work. Once you do that and sync your iphone it even shows up under audio books. Just make sure your setting include audiobooks as mine did not by default.

Re: Creating Your Own Podcast for Private Use

Can't you convert the file to a bookmarkable file? I did this before with itunes and it worked well.

Re: Creating Your Own Podcast for Private Use

Great recipe!
