Hi Ive purchased a blackberry phone, uses 2 sim cards in it, 1 sim i want to go onto network and view internet, and have my gmail sent to my phone. I cannpt get connected at all, not even send an mms. I have purchased a network activation which responded by saying congtats you have extended your blackberrry service by o days and your account has been debited for R 59.00. Please note we are in south africa. Thankyou.

my phone won't stay on it keeps saying (uncaught exception index 9>=9) then it goes to reset mode.
